Bede Burn Kindergarten is a childcare provider based on Bede Burn Road in Jarrow, using the years of experience we have gained in the Early Years to provide quality childcare to every child who attends our setting. We provide care and education for children from six weeks to five years of age. Our nursery setting offers the very best facilities where children can learn through play and exploration in a safe and caring environment.

Our child-centred approach to learning ensures that each child is provided with a rich and enjoyable learning experience, so they can grow and flourish as learners. Parents are valued at Bede Burn Kindergarten and essential to the work we do, we welcome and encourage parents to engage in their child's learning and share their experiences so that we can create a learning environment perfectly tailored for your child's individual needs.

In our most recent inspection on April 9th, 2019, we were officially awarded with an outstanding grade in all areas by Ofsted. We are delighted of the result and all the hard work and effort that has been consistently put in by everyone at Bede Burn Kindergarten. We are all determined to continue providing the same outstanding quality of childcare and hope for many more outstanding results in the future!

Starting Our Nursery

Before a child can start in the nursery a few requirements must be met, registration forms (which are available from the nursery) must be completed and a small number of free introductory sessions need to be attended.
